Resolved — As we will not go back to the old way of synchronization this problem is not solved for us.
Identified — We have received confirmation from Polar that they caused a bug on Friday that resulted in no activity being synced via the previous way we were using. They are fixing this now.
Investigating — We were able to replay notifications so most of the missing activities should be there by now. If not please sync them manually.
Investigating — Still we are not able to sync activities via the old way from the Polar API. But we just switched to the second way Polars API offers. New activities are coming in again now. From now on only fit files. TCX is not supported via that way anymore.
Investigating — At the moment every activity we try to synchronize from Polar fails via API saying it's not existing. We checked everything on our side but don't see an issue at the moment. We are in touch with Polar and are waiting for an answer. Please synchronize the activity in the meantime manually.
